Personal Note : William holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and holds a degree in Advanced Economic Studies from Vienna School of Business and Economics.

Biography : William has over 25 years of experience in site selection and real estate fields, including work with global engineering firms and global real estate firms. His experience also includes aspects of siting major industrial facilities, data centers, Manufacturing plants, distribution operations, call centers, and headquarters relocation.
